Responsibilities include the following: manages daily branch operations, ensures all clients are provided the appropriate banking services delivered with an extraordinary level of client service, achieves loan and deposit goals, identifies and pursue opportunities that will increase sales, deepens client relationships and increase market share, delivers bank products and services to customers, trains, develops, and motivates staff, participates in community activities in the vicinity of the branch to increase visibility, compiles with bank regulations to minimize losses and protects the assets of the bank, and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on a timely basis.

Service Specialists

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: processes a wide variety of routine transactions within assigned limits, uses judgments regarding the validity of transactions, receives deposits, pays withdrawals after verifying sufficient funds, and accepts payments, promotes and cross sells the Bank’s products and services to customers, manages and balance a cash drawer and daily work transactions.

Financial Service Manager (Atlanta Area)

Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: managing the daily financial center operations; ensuring that all associates are providing efficient quality customer service in the financial center; training, developing, and motivating staff, advising and ensuring staff are following policies and procedures that affect the financial center; monitoring cash items, CD settlements, and CTR processing; overseeing the closing of overdrawn accounts; making decisions on the daily exception report; coordinating and conducting appropriate staff meetings, ensuring the financial center meets high appearance standards at all times, and meeting all sales, referral, and production goals for the financial center, etc.

DE Underwriter (Atlanta Area)

Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: reviews, analyzes, approves, and underwrites consumer requests using conventional, FHA, and VA lending requirements; reviews financial statements, credit reports, applicable rations (DTI/LTV), property evaluation and various other factors; determines and documents loan conditions and communicates requirements and/or decisions; assists in identifying, recommending and/or negotiating alternative loan requirements, funding and/or loan-structuring solutions; examines transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness with bank’s guidelines, etc. Must have DE Certification. Bachelors’ degree in mgt. accounting, business administration, finance, or related field. Some college experience will be considered.
