Commercial Lending/Business Development Officer (Atlanta and Birmingham area) – Minimum of three years of commercial lending and sales experience in a banking environment. Good working knowledge of negotiating terms under which credit will be extended, strong business development and sales skills, exceptional analytical and negotiating abilities, proven ability to produce bottom line results, detailed and multi-task oriented, flexible, energetic and strong underwriting skills. An ideal candidate must also possess excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, time management, good listening, superior customer service, excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, display a high degree of integrity, use good judgment and good reasoning are essential. The selected candidate will manage loan portfolio and quality growth, exam, evaluate, and authorize approval of customer applications for lines of credit, maintain an accurate database and monitor performance of loans, analyze potential loan markets, and participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility. Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, accounting, business administration or related field required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet required.

 

Floating Financial Relationship Managers (Atlanta area) – Minimum three years of branch management, consumer lending, business development, and sales experience in a retail-banking environment.  Must have a working knowledge of retail banking policies, procedures, and consumer lending practices.  Candidate must have proven knowledge of consumer loans, security, cash control policies, thorough knowledge of retail banking, products, services, and government regulations pertaining to bank branch operations.  Requires excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organizational, time management, good listening, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.  Must have the ability to analyze workflow, set priorities to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, flexible, energetic, detailed and multi-task oriented, and relate to internal and external customers with a high degree of professionalism. Strong ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, display a high degree of integrity, exercise good judgment, discretion, and good reasoning skills are essential.  Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, finance, economics, or related field required.  Knowledge of Account Pro, Teller Pro, and Horizon is a plus!  The selected candidate will float between branches.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet required.

 

Human Resources Representative (Atlanta area) – Minimum three years of human resources and  administrative experience.  The ideal candidate is responsible for administration of benefits, incentives, awards, and recognition programs and plans.  Serves as the liaison for benefit service providers and handles benefit open enrollments. Maintains and updates the HR/Employee Data System and administers the quality services, associate overdraft, FLMA, Worker Compensation, and other programs.  Completes all employment verification request and processes performance reviews, 401(k) loans and withdraws, benefits changes and requests. Accountable for a variety of human resources, employee relations, and administrative functions which includes reconciling and processing benefit and other invoices, reconciling benefits accounts, processing associates’ changes and department’s associates e-time sheets, preparing correspondence and various reports, coordinating meetings and events, updating and maintaining personnel/benefit forms, files, records, benefits/incentive summary booklet, bulletin boards, associate intranet directory and human resources information, department calendar and contact directory, department procedures manual, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, conducting research, surveys, and audits, retrieving reports, responding to inquiries and questions, processing incoming mail, filing information, updating master welcome, new hire, and exit packages, ordering supplies, performing special projects and other duties assigned, providing consistent excellent customer service, and administrative support.  Assists with the administration and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, employee handbook, other programs/plans, employee communication, and compensation program.  Working knowledge of ADP HR Perspective software systems and knowledge of human resources laws, practices, and regulations a plus!  Must have the ability to analyze workflow, set priorities to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, flexible, energetic, detailed and multi-task oriented, and relate to internal and external customers with a high degree of professionalism Excellent administrative, problem solving skills, and organizational skills are required.  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, accounting, business administration, finance, criminal justice or related field.

Financial Specialists (Atlanta area) – Minimum of one year of retail banking customer service experience including opening and closing bank accounts. Previous teller and supervisory experience required. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the products and services of the financial center, performing bank teller functions; assisting with loan processing approving checks within authority. Strong ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, good reasoning, display a high degree of integrity and respect, flexible, detail and multi-task oriented, dependable, and excellent customer service skills are essential. High School Diploma is required. Knowledge of Account Pro, Teller Pro, and Horizon is desired. Candidate must be computer literate.

 

Service Specialists (Atlanta, Columbus, Birmingham & Eutaw areas) – Previous teller or six months cash handling experience required. Must have a professional disposition and appearance, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to communicate well with internal and external customers. The selected candidate will process customer(s) transactions in a timely manner and sell the bank’s products and services. Require excellent verbal and written communica- tion, sales, organizational, time management, good listening, and interpersonal skills are a must. Strong ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, good reasoning, display a high degree of integrity and respect, flexible, detail and multi-task oriented, dependable, and excellent customer service skills are essential. High School Diploma is required. Knowledge of Account Pro, Teller Pro, and Horizon is desired. Candidate must be computer literate.
